NEW

NEW snow is falling tonight. It’s been really cold the past few days. I don’t like it very much.
I got a NEW hair cut. One of the girls I work with at Dunn Bros works at River Falls Spa and she did an amazing job! I have my bangs (fringe) back and then more layers in my hair. I kept it long though; I still want to grow my hair out. I haven’t had long hair in a few years so I am going to get it as long as I can then probably cut it off.
There is no NEW news that I can pass along for the health school. I am still raising money. So far I have about $350 that I have been gifted by others and about $200 of my own. As compared to $7,000 I’m kind of scared I’ll not get all of the money I need. However, whatever the will of God is, that is what will happen. I am excited to see what God’s plans are for me since I seem to be in a time of waiting… something that I do not like so much but I need to learn patience.
I have made a NEW friend at work :) Her name is Vicki and she is wonderful. She has a daughter who is currently staff at one of the Hawaii YWAM bases and Vicki has spent time at the YWAM base so she understands what being a YWAMer is all about and understands that part of life.
The NEW Year is almost upon us! I can’t believe how close it is now. December is here and we are now five days in. How did that happen? I really miss the Christmas/New Years we spent in Guatemala swimming and watching balloons made of tissue paper fly up to the sky. Good times!
Anyways, I hope the readers of this are having a great weekend, even though it is just the start of it. I’m looking forward to it.
